Invite a Friend Terms

These terms govern the AlphaMaverick Invite a Friend programme ("Give a Month, Get a Month"), operated by RiseOn Group Ltd. They form part of the AlphaMaverick Terms & Conditions and the Subscription and Cancellation Policy, and should be read with them. Where these terms say nothing about a point, those documents apply.

By sharing your invite link you accept these terms.

Any subscriber with an active, paid AlphaMaverick subscription can take part. Subscribers who are still in their free trial, or whose subscription is cancelled, suspended or unpaid, cannot earn credits.

Each subscriber receives one personal invite link from the member area. The link is personal to you and must not be sold, auctioned or transferred.

A friend who subscribes through your invite link receives a free trial of 30 days instead of the standard 7 days, on any plan.

The extended trial is available only to people who have never held an AlphaMaverick subscription or trial before. It is limited to one per person, one email address and one payment method.

After the 30 days the subscription renews at the normal price of the plan chosen, unless your friend cancels before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial prevents any charge.

You earn one free month of your own subscription for each friend who completes the trial and makes their first subscription payment. A friend who only starts a trial, or who cancels before paying, does not earn a credit.

The credit is triggered by the payment of the subscription fee and nothing else. It never depends on whether your friend opens or funds a brokerage account, how much they deposit, what they trade, or what results they achieve.

There is no limit on the number of friends you can invite or the credits you can earn.

• A credit covers one month of the plan you hold when it is applied, whichever plan your friend chooses.
• Credits are applied automatically to your next billing dates, one month per credit, and accumulate across consecutive months.
• Credits are applied to your AlphaMaverick subscription only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, paid out, transferred to another person, or used against broker fees, deposits or any other product.
• Credits stay attached to your subscription. If you cancel, or your subscription ends for any other reason, unused credits lapse and are not reinstated if you subscribe again later.
• Credits may take up to 30 days after your friend’s first payment to appear, while the payment is confirmed.

When you share your link you are speaking for yourself, not for AlphaMaverick, but what you say can still mislead the people you send it to. You agree that you will not:

• state or suggest any rate of return, profit, income or percentage gain;
• describe results as guaranteed, safe, risk-free or protected, or suggest that losses are limited or capped;
• present AlphaMaverick as investment advice, portfolio management or a way to earn money from inviting others;
• share performance screenshots, figures or materials for redistribution, other than a link to the public Results page;
• send unsolicited bulk messages or spam, or publish your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites; or
• impersonate AlphaMaverick or use its name, logo or branding in advertising, including paid search ads.

The member area provides a message you can copy and share as it is. We recommend you use it. Wherever you share your link, make clear that capital is at risk and that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Inviting yourself does not count. Credits are not earned for accounts that belong to you, share your payment method, or are created to generate credits rather than by a genuine new subscriber.

We may review invitations manually, particularly from the third invitation onwards, and may ask for information to confirm that a new subscriber is genuine. We may withhold, cancel or reverse credits, and remove a subscriber from the programme, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, including section 6. Where a credit has already been used, we may charge for the month it covered.

We may change or end the programme at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page and do not affect credits already earned for friends who made their first payment before that date, which will still be applied while your subscription remains active.

A credit is a discount on your own subscription, not a payment to you. If you are unsure whether it has any tax consequence in your country, check with a qualified adviser. Taking part does not make you an agent, representative or partner of AlphaMaverick.
