Privacy Policy

RiseOn Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15286586, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("RiseOn", "we", "us"), which operates AlphaMaverick, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. You can contact us about any privacy matter via the Contact page or at privacy@riseon.io.

• Account & registration data: name, email address, and other details you provide when you register (collected only after you subscribe to a plan).
• Risk Calculator: the Risk Calculator runs in your browser for information only. We do not store the figures you enter, and we do not use them to produce a recommendation or to adapt any signal.
• Account connection details: your trading account number, broker server name and trading password, provided by you so that we can connect the strategy signal to your brokerage account. These are stored encrypted and used only for that purpose. See clause 2A of the Terms & Conditions.
• Checkout consent record: the version of the terms shown to you, the date and time, and which acknowledgements you confirmed when subscribing.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Support communications: messages you send us via the Contact page or email.
• Usage & technical data: pages visited, device/browser type, and similar analytics data, only where you have consented to analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not have access to, and do not collect, your broker login credentials, trading account balances, or trade history unless you choose to share them with us directly for support purposes.

As part of the AlphaMaverick subscription we do not receive:

• your brokerage onboarding or KYC file;
• the information your broker uses to assess your knowledge, experience, financial position, investment objectives or capacity to bear losses;
• your broker portal login;
• authority to deposit, withdraw or transfer funds;
• custody or control of your brokerage assets; or
• information enabling us to personalise a trading signal for a particular account.

AlphaMaverick signals are generated independently of the identity, financial circumstances, account balance or investment objectives of any individual subscriber. Your broker independently collects and processes the information required to open, maintain and operate your brokerage account, under its own privacy policy and contractual terms.

• To create and administer your membership and dashboard account.
• To provide onboarding and support.
• To process payments and comply with billing, accounting, and tax obligations.
• To send service-related communications (e.g. billing notices, weekly transparency reviews for the systems you run).
• With your separate consent, to send optional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (account, billing, service delivery); our legitimate interests (security, service improvement); your consent (analytics cookies, marketing); and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting). Where UK GDPR applies to you, these are the legal bases used under that regime.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Alpha Maverick: our payment processor (Stripe), our email/communications provider, and our hosting provider, under agreements requiring them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Where data is transferred outside your country of residence, we take steps required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure it remains protected.

We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active, and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Because registration data cannot currently be self-edited from the dashboard, please use the Contact page to exercise any of these rights, and we will action your request within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Alpha Maverick is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
