Welcome to Alpha Maverick ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpha Maverick website, platforms, content, and any related technology (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Alpha Maverick provides:

• Access to automated gold (XAUUSD) trading systems AM1 and AM2
• Performance reporting and transparency tools
• Educational and informational content

Alpha Maverick does NOT:

• Execute trades
• Provide investment advice
• Manage client accounts
• Hold or safeguard client funds
• Conduct KYC/AML checks (these belong to your broker)

Execution of trades is handled entirely by your chosen broker, using the settings you select. Any relationship you have with a broker is independent of Alpha Maverick.

• Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
• You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

You understand and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and risk settings.
• System use does not guarantee execution, performance, or outcomes.
• You must keep account credentials secure and confidential.
• You will comply with applicable laws regarding trading, taxation, and use of digital services.
• You are responsible for selecting your broker and configuring your own platform.
• Alpha Maverick has no access to your broker account and cannot close, modify, or execute trades on your behalf.

• All payments are processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe).
• Free trials may be offered at our discretion; a seven-day trial currently applies to new memberships.
• AM1 only and AM2 only are £40/month; AM1 + AM2 together is £59/month for new members.
• Failure to pay, chargebacks, or suspected fraud may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.
• Cancel anytime through the Manage Membership page.

All materials including software, algorithms, strategies, logos, text, graphics, and platform interfaces are owned by Alpha Maverick or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

No Investment Advice. All information and content provided through the Services are strictly educational and informational. Alpha Maverick is not a financial advisor or broker.

No Guarantees. We do not guarantee profits, execution timing, or specific outcomes.

Risk. Trading gold and related instruments involves the risk of significant financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Liability Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Maverick is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services, losses caused by broker execution, connectivity, slippage, spreads, swap, or liquidity, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

• All trading involves risk.
• You choose your own broker, lot size, platform configuration, and risk limits.
• Results will vary between users.
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, payment is overdue or reversed, or fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Membership page or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
