AlphaMaverick is a service of RiseOn Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15286586, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("RiseOn", "we", "us", "our").

RiseOn Group Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and does not represent itself as an FCA-authorised investment firm, broker or portfolio manager.

AlphaMaverick is a subscription service giving subscribers access to two algorithmic gold (XAUUSD) strategies, AM1 and AM2, and their associated signal streams. The signals are made available through the copy-trading platform of an independent broker, which executes all resulting orders inside the subscriber’s own brokerage account. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AlphaMaverick website, subscription, and related services. By registering an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.

AlphaMaverick provides algorithmic strategy signals, educational content, performance reporting, and a risk calculator, on an informational and technical-access basis only. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or discretionary trading services.

We do not execute trades. All orders are placed by your broker, which operates the copy-trading service, converts the signal into orders in your account, and may limit, reject or suspend execution. We never hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds. Your broker capital remains, at all times, in an account in your own name with your chosen broker.

To connect the strategy signal to your brokerage account, we ask you to provide your trading account number, your broker’s server name and your trading password. These are transmitted and stored encrypted.

You should understand what this means. A trading password permits orders to be placed on the account it belongs to. It does not permit deposits, withdrawals or transfers of funds, and it does not give us ownership of, or title to, your account or your money, which remain yours and controlled by you through your broker. We use these details solely to connect the account to the signal on the broker’s platform. You may change your trading password with your broker at any time, which ends that access, and you may disconnect the signal at any time through your broker.

Once the account is connected, you set your own lot size and risk management settings directly in your broker’s client portal. RiseOn does not set, adjust or approve those settings.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for confirming that use of Alpha Maverick, and of your chosen broker, is lawful in your country of residence.
• You must open and fund your own broker account in your own name. Alpha Maverick does not open broker accounts on your behalf.

Membership is available as AM1 only, AM2 only, or AM1 + AM2 combined (a promotional rate available to new members only; existing members retain their original pricing (see the FAQ)). Each plan includes a 7-day free trial of the membership fee. The free trial applies only to the membership fee; it does not affect market risk on any broker capital you have already deployed. Prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout before payment, and may change from time to time; we will give you reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your next billing cycle.

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis after the free trial ends, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Membership page. Cancellation stops future membership charges from your next billing date; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and it does not close open trades or withdraw capital from your broker account; those actions must be taken directly with your broker or, for trade-related actions, via your Alpha Maverick dashboard where available. When the paid period ends, the strategy signal stops; any positions open at that point remain open in your brokerage account, are no longer managed by the strategy, and are your sole responsibility to manage or close with your broker. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. The Subscription and Cancellation Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these Terms.

The Subscription Fee is consideration solely for a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable licence to access the selected AlphaMaverick strategy and its associated signal stream during the applicable subscription period. It does not constitute:

• money deposited for investment;
• assets under management;
• a portfolio management fee;
• a brokerage or execution fee;
• consideration for personal investment advice;
• consideration for the custody, safeguarding or administration of client assets; or
• payment for any guaranteed financial result.

Subscription fees are not calculated by reference to the amount deposited in your brokerage account, the number or volume of transactions, or any profit or loss generated in that account. RiseOn charges no performance fee, profit share or success fee of any kind. Any fee linked to your trading is a broker fee, charged and disclosed by your broker.

RiseOn does not determine whether AlphaMaverick is appropriate or suitable for you. You independently decide whether to subscribe, which strategy to select, whether to connect it to a brokerage account, how much capital to allocate, and which copy-trading and risk settings to use.

Access to AlphaMaverick does not create an investment management, advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, custody or trustee relationship between RiseOn and you. Your relationship with any broker is legally and operationally separate from this agreement.

Payment of the Subscription Fee does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability of the strategy or the broker’s platform;
• receipt or execution of every signal;
• identical execution between the source strategy and your account;
• execution at a particular price or time;
• any minimum number of transactions;
• any profit, return, recovery of losses or protection of capital; or
• compliance with any indicated or selected drawdown level.

Market conditions, price gaps, volatility, liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, swaps, margin requirements, leverage, broker intervention and technical failures may cause your results to differ materially from displayed, historical or source-account results.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, fees already charged for a subscription period are not refundable merely because you did not connect a brokerage account; the strategy generated no signals or transactions; the broker did not execute, rejected or delayed a signal; you changed or disabled the copy settings; you experienced a trading loss; or your results differed from the source strategy or from another subscriber’s account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If a subscription payment fails, we will try to collect it again and notify you by email. If the payment has still not been made within 7 days of the first failed attempt, access to the strategy signal is stopped for your account. Updating your payment details before the end of those 7 days keeps the signal running.

Stopping the signal does not close any positions. Any trades open at that point remain open in your brokerage account and are no longer managed by the strategy, which will not adjust or close them. From then on, monitoring, managing and closing those positions is your sole responsibility, directly in your broker’s platform. We are not responsible for any loss arising from positions left open after the signal has stopped.

You may only create an Alpha Maverick account after subscribing to a plan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Certain account details (such as your name and address) cannot be self-edited from the dashboard once registered; to update them, contact us via the Contact page. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You choose and contract directly with your own broker (currently VT Markets). Your brokerage and copy-trading service is provided under a separate agreement between you and that broker; RiseOn is not a party to it.

The broker is solely responsible for:

• opening and maintaining your brokerage account;
• client identification and regulatory onboarding;
• determining whether its products and copy-trading service are appropriate or suitable for you;
• connecting the selected signal to your account;
• converting signals into orders;
• determining whether an order can be accepted and executed;
• pricing, spreads, commissions, swaps, leverage and margin;
• trade execution, rejection, delay, slippage and account synchronisation;
• deposits, withdrawals, custody and safeguarding of funds; and
• the operation and availability of its copy-trading infrastructure.

Alpha Maverick is not responsible for your broker’s deposits, withdrawals, compliance, systems, or servers. Any dispute relating to deposits, withdrawals, execution, or account access with your broker must be resolved directly with that broker.

The Risk Calculator is optional and provided for information only. It performs an arithmetic illustration of the relationship between account size and lot size. It does not assess your knowledge, experience, financial situation, investment objectives or capacity to bear losses, it does not constitute a recommendation or personal investment advice, and its output is not a promise, guarantee or prediction of any outcome. You remain solely responsible for the lot size and risk settings you choose to run in your brokerage account.

Nothing on this site, including historical results, version history, or the "2026 In Review" transparency notes, is a guarantee or reliable indicator of future performance. Trading gold carries a genuine risk of loss, including the possibility of losing more than the capital allocated to a system, depending on your broker’s leverage and margin terms. You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the AM1/AM2 systems, signals, or underlying logic; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law or by a payment provider. We will, where reasonably possible, notify you of the reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Maverick is not liable for trading losses incurred in your broker account, for the acts or omissions of your broker, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
