Subscription and Cancellation Policy

An AlphaMaverick subscription grants a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable right to access the selected AlphaMaverick algorithmic strategy and its associated signal stream for the period paid for.

The fee is payable for access to the strategy and its technology. It is not a deposit, an investment, a brokerage or execution fee, a portfolio management fee, or payment for financial advice, and it does not guarantee that any signal will be executed or that any profit, return or maximum loss level will be achieved.

Your brokerage account is separate. It is opened, held and operated by your broker under a separate agreement with you. RiseOn Group Ltd does not hold your funds and cannot deposit, withdraw or transfer money from your account.

Three plans are available:

• AM1 only — £40 per month.
• AM2 only — £40 per month.
• AM1 + AM2 combined — £59 per month, a promotional rate for new subscribers.

Subscribers who joined before the combined rate was introduced keep their existing price for AM1 + AM2. The combined plan is available to new subscribers only.

Separately from the subscription, each strategy has a minimum amount of brokerage capital: $2,000 for AM1, $4,000 for AM2, and $6,000 to run both at once. These are amounts you hold with your broker, not amounts paid to us. Your broker sets its own, separate minimum for opening an account.

Subscriptions are charged in GBP. Prices shown in another currency on this site are an approximate conversion for guidance only; the amount actually charged is confirmed in GBP at secure checkout before you pay. Your card issuer or bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.

Each plan begins with a 7-day free trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically and the first monthly fee is charged at that point.

The trial applies to the subscription fee only. It does not make trading risk-free. Any money you have deposited with your broker is exposed to full market risk from the moment trading begins, whether your subscription is in its trial period or paid.

After the free trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at the price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

The fee is fixed and is not calculated by reference to the amount deposited in your brokerage account, the number or volume of transactions, or any profit or loss in that account. There is no performance fee, profit share or success fee of any kind. Any fee linked to your trading is a broker fee, charged and disclosed by your broker.

The fee is payable whether or not the strategy generated signals in a given period, and whether or not your broker executed them.

Prices may change from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next billing cycle, so that you can cancel first if you prefer not to continue at the new price.

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from the Manage Membership page in your member area. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge at all.

If you cannot access your account, contact us via the Contact page or at inquiries@alphamaverick.io and we will action the cancellation.

Cancelling stops future subscription charges from your next billing date. You keep access to the strategy until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling does not, by itself:

• disconnect the strategy signal from your brokerage account;
• close any open position;
• withdraw or transfer capital from your broker; or
• close your brokerage account.

Those actions are yours to take with your broker. You can pause the signal, change your risk settings or disconnect the strategy entirely in your broker’s client portal, and you request withdrawals and account closure directly from your broker. If you want trading to stop, disconnect the signal at your broker — do not rely on cancelling the subscription alone.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, fees already charged for a subscription period are not refundable, and we do not refund partial months. In particular, a fee is not refundable merely because:

• you did not connect a brokerage account;
• the strategy generated no signals or transactions in the period;
• your broker did not execute, rejected or delayed a signal;
• you changed or disabled your copy settings;
• you experienced a trading loss; or
• your results differed from the published results or from another subscriber’s account.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Statutory rights: where a right of withdrawal or cancellation applies to you under consumer law and cannot lawfully be excluded, that right is unaffected by this policy.

If a payment fails, access to the strategy may be suspended until payment succeeds. We may suspend or terminate a subscription where these terms are breached, where the service is misused, or where required by law or by a payment provider. Where it is reasonably possible, we will tell you why.

Suspension or termination of the subscription does not close open positions or affect your brokerage account, which remain your responsibility with your broker.
